Gift Packaging - Free Gift Wrapping
All orders are gift wrapped Free of charge.
On our checkout page, we provide you with a Special Instructions Box so you can provide your gift wrapping occasion - birthday, wedding, christmas, anniversary, baby gift etc. Also please indicate any gift card messages. If no gift wrapping is needed, please tell us so we can conserve paper.
Shipping Policies & Rates
At checkout, please specify your Shipping Selection (below) in the Special Instructions Comments box. Otherwise the shipping costs will calculate Best Way at the Fed Ex Ground rate starting at $4.00.
At checkout, shipping costs will be shown as Best Way from Overland Park, Kansas at the Fed Ex Ground rate starting at $4.00 for orders less than $25.
If you need the package delivered to you faster than the standard Fed Ex Ground rate, please specify in the Special Instructions Comments box another Shipping Selection from the choices below:

Fed Ex Std Overnight (arriving afternoon) - $50

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii shipments require Fed Ex 2nd Day Air. If Next Day delivery is needed on an Alaska or Hawaii shipment, please call at 1-800-783-4438 to check availability and rates.
International Shipments
At checkout Best Way prices will not be honored. Shipping prices for international countries outside the US will be quoted on a individual basis using the United States Postal Service (USPS) starting at a minumum of $35 (required insurance and tracking). Please complete your order knowing that we will get back to you with USPS EXACT costs once we have receive the information from the Post Office.

Fed Ex Ground Shipping
The Irish Crystal Company charges a flat fee per order per address using Fed Ex Insured Ground Shipping.
When items are "in stock" in our warehouse, we will usually ship them the same day the order is received (unless received on the weekend).
Although the Irish Crystal Company has a large inventory, we cannot stock everything we sell. If the item you ordered is "not in stock", we will place the order with the manufacturer, receive it within 2 weeks, and ship it out the next business day. If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock with the manufacturer, we will contact you and provide you with the option of changing or canceling your order.
Shipping times from Overland Park, Kansas vary according to the shipping method selected and the shipping distance. When an item is in stock and we ship it from our warehouse in Overland Park, KS, Fed Ex ground shipping takes 1-3 business days to central locations and a 3-4 business days to east coast locations, and 5-6 business days to west coast locations. Fed Ex does not count the day an item is shipped, weekends or Holidays as shipping days and does not deliver on Saturdays without a surcharge and special arrangements (call us at 1-800-783-4438 if Saturday delivery is needed).
