I love the "Special" Services they offer. Free gift wrapping, out of stock special ordering and engraving. Sometimes I have to wait for my special order but it truly is special when it arrives to my door! Katie H

I received my bell and everything was great. The wrapping was not what I expected after having ordered other things wrapped from other companies. Usually it was an ugly bag with straps that could be tied. It made my heart happy to see the care and beauty of your gift wrapping. I must confess that I carefully took it apart and looked at the bell, which too, was lovely.
